The hotel is a great base for a weekend in Sacramento. It has a fantastic location near restaurants and various areas. - the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient.

Great-sized and brand-new room with queen beds, everything was great. The staff was attentive and responsive to requests. Location: the hotel was next to downtown Sacramento, ca, bars, restaurants, eaters in Midtown and many restaurants and coffee shops.

Best base for 7 nights in Sacramento. Enchanting and nice hotel. Super location in a fringe neighborhood that doesn't feel safe. Bright & immaculate rooms with couch, Queen Beds.

Location great. Walking distance to the things that we wanted to see. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was very nice with lovely surroundings. I left my shoe in the room and with one phone call they were mailed back to me. Great service.

The air conditioning did not keep the room cool and it was noisey. Also the traffic noise kept us from opening the window. The second night I wore ear plugs, opened the window to the slight breeze and slept like a baby.

Clean unit with comfortable queen beds. 🌟

Staff very nice, housekeeping great,bed comfy, and breakfast included a great variety of items. In Sac for hubby's surgery,needed to change dates of original reservation and front desk agent was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you HIE staff.

Room was comfortable, Good location, staff was very friendly.

Outside windows were very dirty, took forever to get hot water to the sink, toilet seat very loose.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable, with double beds, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the signature cinnamon buns, plus the staff were very polite.

The water in my room was "luke" warm the first two days I didn't have coffee in my room (machine but no actual coffee) Hallways were very hot

The place is conveniently located near a lovely park, shopping, entertainment, dining, and the convention center.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My room was clean, comfortable and pleasant--the full moon view from my room was awesome!

Would loved to have access to PBS on tv, it's a favorite of mine.
